Hi! We’re so happy you found us. Kid Art Studios is a family-run craft blog where every project gets tested by real kids — usually mine — before it ever shows up on this page. I’m a mom of four with a deep love for crafting alongside my kids. My 12-year-old daughter Waresha is my crafting partner-in-chief. She tests projects, picks colors, photographs the messy in-progress shots, and gives me her honest opinion when something is “boring” or “too hard.” Yousuf, my 5-year-old, makes sure I never forget to include toddler-friendly options.

Why We Started This Blog

I kept searching Pinterest for craft ideas that actually worked with real kids in a real home. So many posts looked beautiful but required specialty supplies, hours of prep, or skills my kids didn’t have yet. Kid Art Studios is what I wished I’d found years ago: real crafts, tested by real kids, using stuff most families already have.

Easy crafts that actually work. Every project on this blog has been tested in our kitchen with my own kids. If it didn’t work, it didn’t make the cut. Materials you already have. We focus on paper, paint, recycled items, and household supplies. No expensive specialty kits required. Age-by-age guidance.
